The first step is to contact our support team, please use our general contact form.

Alternatively if you know the brand of your product you may contact the appropriate support teams, please contact Alan for Aydin support and Cosmin for Stealth support.

Q: I need to return a product...


To return a product, you must contact the Sparton RE support team and begin the return request process. Please use our general contact form to start the process.

Alternatively you may contact the appropriate brand support teams. For Aydin Branded products: please contact Alan. If you have a Stealth Branded product, please contact Cosmin.

If you are unsure which branded product you have, please use the general contact form., and take a picture of the item as well as provide the serial number.

Q: I am looking for a dimensional drawing...


Answer:

All available drawings can be accessed by going to the Downloads page and searching for your product.

Alternatively, you can also check if the drawing is available online by navigating to the product page and checking under the download tab.

Q: I am looking for drivers for my computer...


Answer:

All available drivers can be accessed by navigating to the Downloads page and searching for your product.

You can search via the search input field or by clicking on "drivers" and selecting the product category that applies to you.

Q: I don't know which brand I have?
A: Sometimes it's hard to tell, in those cases please contact support via the support contact page, and provide a serial number as well as a picture - for easier identification.

Q: Who do I send my item to?
A: The return address will be provided to you once you fill out/send-in the RMA form.
PLEASE NOTE: you will be sending the item to either Aydin OR Stealth, dependent on the model origin.

Q: How long does it take for support to contact me back? After my initial email.
A: The standard is 1-2 business days (exclusive of weekends and holidays). The majority of emails are answered within 24 hours (during standard business hours of operation).

Q: How do I find a driver?
A: Visiting our Downloads page you can find drivers, drawings and reference material for all our products. Device drivers for computer systems as well as touchscreen drivers for our displays can be found on the Downloads page.

Q: What is the replacement model for my older product?
A: Please view our discontinued page for an archived list of old models. For each discontinued model, we offer either a direct replacement or functional equivalent model.
